S4E15: Rearview Reflections with Author Marlene D'Agostini

Season #4

What if being a good parent has less to do with being perfect and more to do with being present?

In this episode of Diary of a Dreamer, I sit down with author, storyteller, and speaker Marlene D’Agostini to talk about her debut book, Rearview Reflections, and the unexpected detours that shaped her journey through motherhood.

Marlene began writing the stories that eventually became her book when her sons were still young. What started as a collection of funny and meaningful stories about raising two boys who were close in age but completely different eventually became a reflection on motherhood, single parenting, co-parenting, trust, boundaries, resilience, and the changing relationship between parents and their children.

Now that her sons are adults, Marlene can look back at those years from a different perspective, and she shares what she has learned along the way.
